Jenny conducts all her Readings from her Consulting Rooms in Kirkby in Ashfield, between Mansfield and Nottingham. She does not do private Readings at client’s homes.

New Booking Conditions: due to the increasing number of people who make appointments to see Jenny and then not turn up, we now regrettably have to take full payment, by credit or debit card, at the time of making the appointment.
We will ask you for an email address so we can send you confirmation of your payment, but you do not have to provide this. Your email will not be disclosed to anyone else, or used for any other purpose.
If you have to cancel your appointment up to 48 hours beforehand, we will refund your payment less an admin charge of £1.20. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, no refund is given. If you need to change the date of your appointment, again up to 48 hours beforehand, we will carry your payment over to the new date. We will do this for up to 2 alterations of date, but after that, no refund is given.

If you arrive late, your reading may be shortened or cancelled, as Jenny may have other clients booked in immediately after you, and you will not receive a refund. If you are early, you are welcome to come in and wait, but please note that the consulting rooms are not suitable for children, pets or disabled guests.
You will also be advised when making your booking to bring with you for your Reading some personal item belonging to any other person you wish to know about. Many people are interested in their partners, children or family members. If you can bring with you items such as a piece of clothing or jewellery belonging to the other person, this will help Jenny to make a ‘link’ with them and to be able to tell you things about them.
The personal item must have been used only by the person concerned, and must have been used regularly and recently. Items which have been used by many people will have ‘mixed’ energies and may be misleading. Items which have not been used for some time may be ‘flat’. Items such as watches, toothbrushes, earrings, rings and items of clothing are all commonly brought by clients.
